1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using brownstacticalarmory.com (the "Site"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.

2. Age Requirement

You must be at least 21 years of age to access this Site or to request any services described on this Site, including FFL transfers, gunsmithing, and custom builds. By using the Site, you represent that you meet this age requirement.

3. Description of Services

BTA is a licensed federal firearms manufacturer (Type 07) offering gunsmithing and custom build services, as well as FFL transfer facilitation, on a single-location, online-inquiry basis with delivery service. The Site is provided for informational purposes and to facilitate inquiries; it does not constitute an offer to sell firearms, ammunition, or regulated items directly online.

4. FFL Transfers

All firearm transfers facilitated through BTA are subject to completion of federal Form 4473, applicable background checks (NICS), and compliance with all federal, Arizona state, and local laws. Transfer fees are as posted on the Site and are subject to change without notice. Possession of a valid concealed carry permit may qualify for a discount as described on the Site, subject to verification.

5. Gunsmithing and Custom Build Services

Estimates provided through the Site are non-binding and subject to change upon in-person inspection of the firearm or project. All work is performed in compliance with applicable federal and state law. Customers are responsible for ensuring they are legally permitted to possess, modify, and receive the firearm or item being serviced.

6. Compliance with Law

All transactions and services are subject to compliance with the Gun Control Act of 1968, 18 U.S.C. Chapter 44, 27 CFR Part 478, and all applicable Arizona state laws. BTA reserves the right to refuse any transaction or service that it believes, in its sole discretion, may violate applicable law.

7. No Online Sales of Regulated Items

Nothing on this Site constitutes a binding sale of a firearm, suppressor, or other NFA-regulated item. All such transactions require completion of required federal and state paperwork and identity verification, conducted in person or through compliant processes.

8. User Conduct

You agree not to use the Site for any unlawful purpose, including but not limited to attempting to acquire a firearm or regulated item if you are a prohibited person under federal or state law.

9. Disclaimers

The Site and all information provided are for general informational purposes only and are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. BTA does not provide legal advice. Consult a qualified attorney regarding your rights and obligations under federal and state firearms law.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, BTA shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Site or services described herein.

11. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by the laws of the State of Arizona, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
